Welcome

Meet our wonderful staff. They are ABA trained professionals, Both BCBA's and RBT's

A qualified and trained behavior analyst (BCBA) designs and directly oversees the program. They customize the ABA program to each learner's skills, needs, interests, preferences and family situation.

Applied Behavior Analysis involves many techniques for understanding and changing behavior. ABA is a flexible treatment:

  • Can be adapted to meet the needs of each unique person

  • Provided in many different locations – at home, at school, and in the community

  • Teaches skills that are useful in everyday life

ABA therapy programs also involve therapists, or registered behavior technicians (RBTs). These therapists are trained and supervised by the BCBA. They work directly with children and adults with autism to practice skills and work toward the individual goals written by the BCBA.

Alison Quick

RBT

Hello, Miss.Allie has been working with children for many years and recently got her RBT certification. She is currently almost done with her associates degree from Northern Virginia Community College. After She graduates she is planning on transferring and getting her bachelors in Education, specifically focusing on Special Education. Allie helped Mark in setting up BBTS, where she provides RBT services. An RBT is a Registered Behavior Technician. A RBT practices under the supervision of a certified therapist, such as a BCBA. The BCBA will provide assessments of children and create treatment plans, and the RBT will provide direct  ABA therapy to clients. When not working Allie likes to watch movies, listen to music and hanging out with her bunny.
